The product is fully loaded and all I had to do was sit and watch it start and that included connecting to a wireless home network.

Keeps asking you to accept things, Set up error every time you use office programmes. Constantly losing connection for outlook

Nice and quiet when starts and goes on sleep when not using it and automatically shuts off if away from computer a long while. No bad points.

machine arrived with damage and crashed twice in two days. DVD made a bit of a clunking noise when playing. Had to send machine back.

I've had this product for nearly a month now. I find it to be quiet running and with quite a fast response time. It's of a smart appearance with a generous storage capacity. Very reasonably priced for this high a spec. I'm surprised there's any...

Would have been better, perhaps, with Windows Vista Home Premium installed instead of Vista Home Basic. Other than the above, I've not encountered any bad points so far.
