Polaroid t1031

Face detection ; Manual controls, big LCD ; Compact design ; HD video support

Low-quality lens makes for poor image detail ; No dedicated control for changing modes ; Color casts in most images

Review: Polaroid t1031 digital camera

If you currently shoot pictures and video with a mobile phone, then Polaroid's t1031 will be a big step forward in image quality. Its overall design is well-implemented, and it's certainly not lacking for features. However, for about the same price,...

The t1031 is not a bad camera if you’ve never used a digital camera, or if you use your mobile phone for snapshots. The t1031’s small, boxy design fits easily into a pocket, thanks to a lens that retracts flush with the camera’s body

Wasted Money

With this many complaints, NEWEGG should quit selling this item.

Absolutely None

Never worked right from the start.....after taking a few pictures it would turn off on it's own and then would not turn back on. Then after the 30 days were up, it wouldn't work at all

Disappointed

Don't buy this camera.

It looks nice. It worked well while it worked and it had some pretty cool effects

It only worked for 1 week. It worked great and then the lens stopped shutting. After the lens finally shut it started making a shorting out sound every time I went to turn it on. Now it only stays on for 3 sec and then shuts off. Unfortunately, this...

Great Camera

The camera is really small and lightweight so it can be carried around everywhere. The time from pressing the button to take the picture and the picture actually being taken is really fast. (aka, good shutter speed). The color is an added bonus

There is no instruction manual, only a computer disk with the information on there, so in order to find out about the diffrent camera settings you need to sit at a computer to read through a .pdf file. The camera it's self I have not been able to find...

The battery for this camera never worked. After charging it for a full 24 hrs, only to for it to say battery needs replaced. Of course it was a xmas gift, and I bought on or near black friday so the 30 day warrenty has expired. I think new egg should...

Nice for the Price

Definitely need a case for this camera as it's easy to mar the finish and get crud around the working parts. I bought the Case Logic ECB-1 LIME EVA Compact Camera Case which fits this camera well and compliments the orange colour well. A better battery...

Overall, an easy to use camera that takes decent pictures. Lots of pre-sets for commonly encountered environments. Small enough to slip in a pocket but not so much that it's hard to handle. Battery life is also fairly good, especially if you the...

Sensitivity is enough that the act of shutter depression can often cause blurring, particularly when flash is turned off; use the easily toggled Stabilizer (it's the right side of the Power ON/OFF button) to fix . The Auto-Focus sometimes get confused,...
