Do not purchase this machine/ask for Buy-back option

We purchased this machine because of the great inner design and the consumer reports spoke highly of it. We purchased this machine in April and have had it serviced 10 times in the past 5 1/2 months to no avail. From the first load washed the machine ...

The top rack is removeable & lower rack allows for oversized objects.

Doesn't clean the dishes at all & Whirlpool is very difficult to deal with.
