Klipsch Image X5 Noise Isolating Earphones

Klipsch's Image X5 earphones are as good as their (ever-so-slightly) thinner cousins and cost less to boot.

Klipsch Image X5 review

American speaker giant Klipsch has a wicked way with tiny sound-isolating headphones. Will the X5's sound belie the size?

Comfortable, lightweight and great-sounding, the miniature X5’s pack the power to astound

Klipsch X5

Extremely petite IEMs.

Tiny design, well-rounded sound, nice rich bass and treble

Some minor distortion, airy mid-range might not suit everyone

The Klipsch X5s are some very solid IEMs. The tiny design makes them exceptionally comfortable and the sound quality is excellent, all things considered.

Klipsch Image X5

The Image X5 offers quality audio output and a lightweight, secure fit.

Excellent audio quality—more flat response than booming bass. Superb in-ear fit. Comfortable. Lightweight.

Expensive. Not for bass fiends. Left and right earphones could be better matched.

The Klipsch Image X5 earphones have a thin, tangle-prone wire that raises some concern for durability, and they're pricey. Shorter warranty period than competition from Shure.

The Klipsch Image X5 earphones are a bit of an investment, but they're worth it if you demand excellent audio quality and have had trouble with earbud fit in the past.

Review: Klipsch X5 Earbuds

Klipsch's X5 earbuds are little bullet-shaped ‘buds that, despite weighing next-to-nothing, deliver big booming sound. Klipsch X5 Earbuds 7/10 Learn How We Rate Wired Big...

Big can audio quality in the guise of wee earbuds. Sharp sound and sharp design. 0.398-ounce weight? What are these things made out of, aerogel

You’ve got to push (and I mean really push) the buds into dangerously deep areas of your ear to make them work properly. Cinching the cable to keep them tied down will make you look ridiculous
