Koss KCS-35 Re-introduced again

The only complaint I had with the 35s is the unconfortable ear clip. Problem solved....even though Koss does not have this option...the silicone ear clips on its cheap cousin...the KCS-75 work on the 35...but of course you will have to buy the 75 to...

Sound better than the cheaper 75 model...due to different enclosure design

ear clips have no silicone pading

Koss KSC35 Headphone Reviews

People might think my ratings are a little low for these great little cans, but I tried to rate them without concern for how ridiculously cheap they are (I bought three pair for $30 total!). Anyway, I'll just explain my ratings.

Koss KSC35 Headphone Reviews

These little guys are well-known among headphone junkies as one of the best buys around, provided you don't need any isolation.

One size does NOT fit all!

They didn't block out subway noises or street noises. Bass was barely discernible and treble was very high. The most likely culprit of the poor sound quality was that the ear clips didn't fit properly. They were one size fits all. I have small ears and...

Koss KSC35 Headphone Reviews

I first have to admit that I am an unshakeable fanatic of Koss KSC-35's. I have seen more people converted to quality audio products from these phones that from any other. They are my “Gold Standard” of value and performance at their price level and...

Awesome, awesome, awesome!

First, let me say that these headphones really really rock! That being said, the only problem is that the plastic clip that goes behind your ear to hold them on is a bit uncomfortable at first. After a week or so of using the headphones, it kinda...

Perfect portables, bon voyage

I bought the Koss KSC35 to replace the crummy headphones that came with my Sony D-EJ815 CD Walkman. Ideally, I would use this CD player with my Grado SR60 headphones, but they really aren't very practical for lugging around town. So I set out in search...

A great pair of active-use headphones!

This is a legendary portable headphone (it was the first earclip-type headphone model ever marketed) that is, unfortunately, discontinued. I have a pair of its successor model, the KSC-50, which sounds alright, but fits too loosely on my ears. So, out...

Good overall sound quality, great comfort, doesn't fall off the ears

Inexpensive Active Performance

Overall, this is the best overall value, IMO, for a portable headphone. Small and lightweight, the KSC-35s also sound better than any of their competitors, including the S/Portapros. They have slighted bloated bass, the kind that gives me headaches....

Bass slightly excessive; clip-on design takes a little while to get used to
