Connector Please

I've since ordered the cord 27190-01 and this connector does not work. I'm working with New Eggg to reccomend and ship me the correct part.

I expect this will be a great device once I can connect it to my phone

Headset requires a seperate connector in order for it to be used. It is not apparent this additional part is needed for operation

Superior Comfort! Great sound and no ear pain.

Awesome as I work in a call center and having a headset like this releases the pressure on your ear. Totally adjustable, I forget it's even on it's so light. As always with Plantronics, great sound.
