At louder volume the sound starts to get staticy and when mine arrived the right earphone had lower sound then the left which is somthing i can't deal with. not worth sending it back for a refund though

The sound is incredible for the price, although I own the USB version. Microphone works well and it has proven durable. Probably the longest lasting headset I've owned (unfortunately- see cons)

None, the wires eventually come loose in the left earpiece, at a little terminal board in the earpiece. This after about 3 years of hard daily useage. I think one of my kids must have turned their heads fast and forgot the headset was on them
