Sony MDR-RF960RK Wireless Headphones

Simple to set-up and operate. Excellent range, although the 150 feet is optimistic once you figure in walls. Batteries last for a long time. Above average sound quality. Small enough to pack and take on a trip with you. Headphones shut off when you...

Sort of works

For a refurb, this is a great deal at the price. If your a true audiophile, dont bother. I am using these to walk on a treadmill and watch TV, they work fine for that purpose.

Wireless, fairly light

Even with 3 channels to choose from and an auto tune button, this thing still pics up lots of static if more than 3 feet away from the base. Even when I am 1 foot from the base, I still get static "hits" once in a while

Pretty Darn Good

Honestly, I don't get the negative reviews. It's pretty simple, make sure the source your using IE: Winamp is turned up max and the volume is maxed and these headphones sound freaking amazing. I took a chance and I got a great deal on this. Trust me...

Auto on/off function. Ease of set-up. Great sound from Win-Amp ; I rated a 5 because I think these deserve it. Extremely comfortable. These do not fall off your head ; I am listening to these right now

A very slight hint of static. Nothing that affects the sound at all. Also the recharge cradle really is not that hard to use. People use some common sense

Background Static is unbearable

Suggestions: If you really have to have Wireless, go with a Top-Name brand and be prepared to spend the money.

Other than the problem with the background static, the features are nice and work as indicated ; It does turn on when placed on your head and off when taken off ; The charge lasts as well, but what good are they if you have to put up with excessive...

I bought this exact model recently and the Background Static is unbearable. I wasnt even near anything else electronic other than the TV ; In my opinion go with a corded brand for better reception

Great Value

I have owned these headphones for about 2 years. I bought them refurbished to replace a set of $180 Sony headphones I dropped and broke. I picked these up refurbished for $36. They sound as good as the expensive ones and have lasted longer. I'm buying...

Stay away from these....

I bought these headphones after trying them on at the store and thinking they were very comfortable. Unfortunately though they were not hooked up to any sound source so that I could hear the quality. Not a big fan of Sony I still figured they couldn't...

Very comfortable

Horrible reception - Charging base can be a pain - High price tag
