Turtle Beach Atlas One review: This budget headset cuts too many corners on comfort

Turtle Beach's Atlas One sounds pretty good for an entry-level headset, but you'll find it difficult to appreciate when it's this uncomfortable.

Looks good from a distance ; Mid-range performance is solid ; Inconspicuous microphone

Uncomfortable ; Microphone is subpar, even for this price ; Treble frequencies tend to distort at mid-to-high volume

Simply put: It’s hard to recommend the Atlas One when I never felt comfortable wearing it for more than an hour or so. When it comes to gaming headsets, comfort is key.

"This headset is a very good value. It is very comfy and easy to adjust to your head. The sound is absolutely fantastic. It works on Xbox One without any adapter. Recommended!!"

Christmas Present

"Bought as a Christmas present, although they havent been properly used yet, they look and came exactly how they were described. Light weight and comfy on the ears and head. Works on a variety of products, PS4, PC and phones. Connection is fantastic too"
