Good sound, excellent VFM.

Instruction manual pretty basic, no instruction of how to use the system on surround sound on normal TV, i.e. when not using DVD/Blu ray.

very good sound, incredible (but not overpowering) bass from subwoofer. so much better than the useless sound from modern flat panel tv's - it's also an excellent upscaling dvd player and some dvd's are indistinguishable from blu-ray!

i guess it isn't a replacement for a good 5.1 system - but it is much neater than a 5.1 and if your room doesn't suit a 5.1 layout then this is a great way to improve the sound from your movies.

Excellent compatibility with an LG TV. Dvd remote will control LG tv and vice versa. Fantastic features including iplayer and YouTube. Excellent sound quality at high volume with no distortion. Bluray is clear and crisp as you would expect.
