Consumer review (newegg.com)

Cooler Master SGK-6000-GKCC1-US

I would imagine the squeaky space bar is not a common problem as nobody else has complained of it that I can see. So more of less if it came with an adapter to fully power the USB ports and it didn't randomly die it would receive 5 Eggs

The back lighting is cool, Macro keys could come in handy, and as my first mechanical keyboard it wasn't too hard of a transition

Does not come with an adapter to give it more power, which is needed for use of the USB ports ; Space bar is squeaky and sort of gets annoying when typing ; Randomly dies. This is the worst part. Otherwise I would have gladly given it 4 eggs. It will,...

Sub-Par Mechanical

I wish Newegg would set their standards higher for Reviews. Reviews are meant for one's experience with the product and not to show off insecurities. If you don't like the product then good - tell us why. If you like the product then great - tell us...

If this is your first Mechanical Keyboard you will absolutely enjoy it. The Keyboard uses Cherry MX-Black Switches -which give a tacticle feel- while still having low-profile keys. So the transition from a membrane to this Keyboard is absolutely...

I have been using th is mechanical for almost 4 weeks now and can confidently tell you it is sub-par at best. You are basically paying extra for the Back-lighting. The Keys - while being Cherry MX Blacks -do not feel exactly like them at all (Good if...

Frustrating!!!!!!!!

Want to buy: An indented caps lock key-cap.

the backlighting is top notch

Why do I keep pressing Caps lock ; I really wanted to like this keyboard. However the Caps Lock is not lick an ordinary keyboard where the right side is indented a bit ; Instead, the key has the crisp raised edge like the other keys so my large hands...

Can't reply to my own review

In my previous review I revealed that the Cherry MX Black switches are click-less and do not feel like a mechanical keyboard at all. You can not even feel when a key makes contact which means you have to bottom out every key press just to be sure....

Was on sale. Rugged. Might last a long time

Does not feel like a mechanical keyboard at all

The one I was waiting for...

I do believe this is the first thing I've reviewd on the egg without buying it first but; Darn it CM! I was hoping you guys would finally build it... All of your other mechanicals have N-key. WHY did you gimp the one that also happened to have gaming...

This is (almost) the one I've been waiting for. Gaming, Backlit, Nice Macro keys, full board, etc. But

No N-Key rollover. I currently run the CM Storm Quickfire Rapid which does support N-Key in PS-2 mode. And that's perfect anyhow. Personally I prefer PS-2 for keyboard hookup. But the quickfire isn't backlit, it's missing the 10-key pad, and no micro...
