Seems to be software problem. Directory entries only registered if in group eg personal. Texts go to everyone in group whether you select 1 person or not. Costs me x5 (total in my directory) if I text seeking no. from directory.

For it's money it's a great little phone! Makes an ideal first time phone with the emailing facility being so easy to use. The QWERTY keypad is easy to use, the keys are sturdy and responsive. The size is ideal. Small enough to slip into a pocket....

When receiving a call from the person on this phone, it's not always as clear as it could be.

This product makes me feel like i'm a step to using a blackberry and it's worth every penny

Loved the phone and the keyboard although very small. Did not take long to work out how to use it previously had samsung phone. I think its excellent value for money and I am really pleased.

i just like to say for the money its a great all round phone and looks more like other phones that cost a lot more and has great features

some things i would ike to change but not ben able to but i dont fully understand the phone as of yet
