HTC Touch2

The HTC Touch2 is small, low cost, and runs the latest 6.5 version of Windows Mobile, but is it any good? Ed finds out.

HTC Touch2 review

A good handset with a huge list of features. Don't expect it to be an iPhone-beater, though

Ingenious work by HTC ; Very good battery life ; Loads of features

TouchFLO isn't ubiquitous ; Dodgy camera ; Looks dull

With the coming of the HTC Touch2 we have not only a new device, but a new version of the Windows Mobile operating system. Will this rush in a new wave of love for the Windows Phone? With the HTC Touch2 you get a compact device that will appeal to...

HTC Touch 2 review

Small and light with a good interface and plenty of apps, but the touch control lets it down, and the screen and camera aren't the best here.

HTC Touch2 review -

Compact size and good looks complement HTC?s excellent TouchFlo software

This uses the latest version of Windows Mobile available, but it?s still far from enjoyable

HTC Touch2

The Touch2 is one of the very latest Windows Mobile 6.5 devices. Scheduled to launch on October 6th this has a 528Mhz Qualcomm processor, 512MB ROM and 256MB RAM. The screen is a 2.8" TFT-LCD with QVGA resolution, which isn't quite as high as the hig...

As a handset this may “seem” to be a low-end device to some. In theory it’s the updated version of the tiny HTC Touch we reviewed but it packs a much bigger punch. GPS, WiFi, ultra-fast browsing over the mobile network, Bluetooth 2.1 and a nippy 528Mhz...

HTC Touch 2 Review

The HTC Touch 2 is only one of a select handful of products released recently that features the new Windows Mobile 6.5 OS underneath and as smartphones go its most appealing feature has to be its super pocket friendly profile.

HTC Touch2

This is the first phone I have reviewed using the Microsoft 6.5 operating system launched in the autumn of last year. It is not only almost entirely touch but also has the slide and drop movements to allow you to reposition items.

In this short review I cannot mention anything like all the abilities of the unit, it can of course be your music player and you can also use Google maps if you need directions or just get plain lost. Perhaps the most interesting is the ability to...

For a small Windows Mobile handset at a reasonable price, this is the

HTC’s TouchFlo is a smooth and enjoyable interface, housed in a sleek, good-looking handset.

Windows Mobile 6.5 is far from perfect.

There aren’t too many capable Windows Mobile handsets around, but this reasonably priced, compact handset is one of the best.

HTC Touch2

The Touch2 is the first Windows Mobile 6.5 handset we\'ve reviewed. With its fairly standard hardware offering and revamped interface it looks like a decent entry-level smartphone.

WM 6.5 is better than 6.1. Sleek design. TouchFLO is fairly intuitive.

Resistive touchscreen. WM 6.5 is just a stop gap OS until WM 7 is released.
