LG KF600

If you're bored with the buttons on your mobile phone, check out the LG KF600's different approach to the touchscreen concept.

LG KF600 review

Are two touchscreens better than one?

Novel use of touchpad technology ; Intuitive menu system ; Good 3-megapixel camera with autofocus ; Smart design with eye-catching graphics ; Slim, attractive design

No 3G or Wi-Fi ; No smartphone capability ; No 3.5mm headphone socket for music player ; Only one screen touch sensitive can be odd ; InteractPad not as responsive as we’d like

A head-turning design will make this an attractive devuce for the more style-conscious, but the basic feature set may put many off for the moment

LG KF600 mobile phone

As mobile phones go, the KF600 has had the whole treatment; you can't help but have seen the advertising campaign. But does this phone, like it's screen, suffer from a split personality? Is this Romeo and Juliet or Jekyll and Hyde? We take a closer...

Keith Haring themes, good build quality, good slide action

Confusing control just doesn't quite work

The split screen is something of a statement and realising the best use for it within the constraints of the phone is something of a challenge. All too often, when you really want to get something done, reverting to the numbered option is faster....

LG KF600 review

This touch-sensitive LG claims to have ‘mind-reading' abilities. Is it really telepathic or just a load of psychic hokum?

A classy design can’t hide a badly misfiring phone and skittish interactive touch UI

LG KF600 review -

A fabulous-looking slider phone that?s easier to use than most touch-screen phones

The phone lacks a few key features and the InteractPad takes up too much of the display

LG KF600

The KF600 features two screens: the top one is for viewing and the second acts as a touch-sensitive navigation pad.

It has a 3 megapixel camera which takes decent photos and the 1.49

The phone has slow data speeds for web-browsing.

LG - KF600

LG is quite keen on giving its mobile phones touchscreens at the moment, no doubt having been inspired, as many others have, by the iPhone. The KF600 takes the touchscreen idea a step further than any ...

The KF600 is a quirky phone and for once the quirk works well. The InteractPad has been well thought through and as a result this phone is easy to use as well as looking very distinctive.
