The battery of this item that I bought does not work. I try to refund but it wont allow me to do that. so I need to but another battery for this item that will cost another dollar

they need to check the battery and replace

Rugged by glitchy

If Motorola put a little bit of effort into supporting this phone, I would love it. All I care about are the basic phone features.
