Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate (AT&T) review: Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate (AT&T)

It's said that good things come to those who wait, and if you've been biding your time while looking for a midrange Android smartphone that won't cost you more than a small chunk of dough, you're in luck, because AT&T just recently dropped the price on...

AT&T's Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate has crazy-fast 4G LTE speeds, a dual-core processor, a nice 4-inch SUPER AMOLED screen, 720p HD video, and a terrific price tag.

The Exhilarate's camera has some wobbles and the handset may not see an Android 4.0 upgrade.

The value is high and the drawbacks are few and far between on the Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate.

Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate Written Review by Sydney

I've long criticized Android for having too many low-end phones that unfairly sucked consumers in with their low price and then left them out to hang with sorry performance. No one should have to put up with a terrible phone just because they can't...

Beautiful Super AMOLED display; LTE; 5-megapixel camera produced great pictures; inexpensive; excellent performance

Mediocre hardware; I had problems with AT&T's network; poor HD video capture quality

It's hard to beat a phone with this many features and that performs this well for only $50. Definitely check it out.

Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate Video Review Part 2

Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate Video Review Part 22Android If you're in the market for a good smartphone but you're on a budget, then the Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate could be a good option for you. For only $50 on contract, you get a 1.2 GHz dual-core...

I'm loving it!

Great phone for the price. Why pay so much for a "brand" when this phone is available? I haven't owned it long but I test new software apps for handheld/mobile devices and this phone does what I need it to do without the high price. I don't think you...

Feels good in the hand. Not too thin and not too fat. The rougher surface makes it feel secure in your hand unlike some of the "slick" phones. They might look sleek but they end up on the floor because they ARE so sleek! Good display and sound too!

Haven't noticed any yet but then again, I haven't had it long!

"Nothing to write home about."

Ranked 1 out of 10. It deserves a ZERO but I'm being NICE. Suggest you have a back up phone with you. Thank GOD I kept my old Nokia Flip phone.

I'm thinking! The phone is great for those who have small hands and thin fingers. Otherwise, FAGETTABOUTIT.

Compared to other Samsung Galaxy cell phones, I would give the Exhilarate a 1 out of a 5. Freezes when you go into contacts. The screen has gone black on me several times. Screen does not go into rotation.

VERY limited onboard memory

Everything about the phone is great, except it only has 1.4gig of available space to the user. After you take a few photos and add some music, you fill it up. The worst thing is the thumbnails and cache files. Those fill up the memory and then the...
