Asus VivoBook

Forget the new 13in Retina MacBook, here's a stunning metal touchscreen laptop for under £400.

As we said in our Windows 8 review, Microsoft’s latest OS really needs touch to get the most out of it, so it’s a good thing that the Asus VivoBook range sport multi-point touchscreens. We found these to be as accurate and responsive as the best of the...

Asus VivoBook

Asus' VivoBooks fill the more traditional, non-transforming laptop role of its Windows 8 pantheon. Of course, this also means that they're touch enabled.

Asus VG23AH review: Asus VG23AH

Asus VG23AH

Given its IPS panel tech, the ; comes with a surprisingly low price tag. It also sports wide viewing angles and great movie performance. Its useful ergonomic features and dual HDMI ports round out an affordable package.

The passive 3D performance is bad, with terrible ghosting and shallow depth. The build quality feels a bit plasticky, too, and the swivel feature feels a bit stiff.

The Asus VG23AH nails it in price, features, and 2D performance, but falls flat on its screen in 3D.

No glasses?

Monitor looks great, is a huge display compared to my old one

Not so much with the monitor, but with the shipping. i was sent a refurbished one, which says in the specifications that it comes with 3d glasses, which is the main reason i bought it. but they pcked it without any. unfortunately there isnt really...

Great monitor.

Overrall I think the monitor is great, it has awesome setting features, built in speakers, etc. I've been using Tridef3D and so far it works great on my video games. But converting DVDs to 3D is definitely a pain. Also make sure when you using this...

What a great monitor, the colors are so vivid and vibrante. The 3D is pretty good too. Overall I'd recommend this monitor to someone like myself who wanted to try a monitor with 3D. Definitely a great one

Only con I can think of is that 3D is kinda of a pain to setup and use. Because you have to find third-party software

Greay lines, everywhere

I thought I was getting a dream monitor. It looks great but the grey interlaced lines are so annoying I can not explain in words. And it is in 2D. It seats next to a HP 2311xi, so I know exactly I am seeing. Monitor is connected by DVI to a GT530. I...

Looks great, abundance of connection option, speaker

grey lines, nonsense speaker

Another good Asus Monitor

none

Great color (just like other Asus Models) ; No dead pixels ; Very bright and vibrant ; Quality ; Okay 3D

Doesn;t perform as well as i thought it would in 3D, never the les it delivers ; getting perfect 3D angles can be an issue and setting up 3D can be a pain at times pending on what you are watching or playing, therefore the the 3D egg needs to come off,...

Good 3d TV

I don't know if all d3 monitors are like this but i can see the lines making "HD" (1080) look even lower res.. which in my opinion is low enough.. [coming form a over 10 year old CRT with almost 2x the resolution] But that is no fault of the monitor...

Its a Great HD 3d "TV

Stuck green Pixel just showed up already ; Running UDPixel for a few hours now, its not as bright but still very very annoying

3d Monitor [Really 3d? Really the WOW?]

TriDef... If anybody knows about 3d, you can go Nvidia's 3d, or TriDef. I purchased the software a while back and you can use the software to make your games into 3d. It' does take a tole on your system. Most games you can tweak it and get good FPS....

Price was awesome! $200 for a monitor. I know you can get a monitor cheaper but not a 3d monitor. Ok, how many people really know about 3d and how it can get expensive. One thing is the videocard, new ATI card support it. And you have Nvidia's 3d...

I tried to get TriDef to work with this monitor but will continue to play with it later. Speakers aren't great, prefer using my surround sound. Some minor mirror image in games. But Solid...Really recommend this monitor to all my friends
