Let me start out by saying that Eizo CG243W is fantastic monitor for graphic work - nothing less. The many picture settings options and the very accurate picture presets make it suited for different graphical environments, too. Including media production.

Not quite as good as some rivals

While the price puts the CG243W out of the reach of many potential buyers, if you can justify the high cost – but can’t quite stretch to HP’s pimped-out DreamColor LP2480zx – it’s an excellent choice.

The CG243W was so new as we went to press that few places had it in stock, those that did priced it at around 1200 - substantial, but not unreasonable for a product of this caliber. If Eizo could only sort out the slightly sloppy rotation issues and...
