The Rollermouse Red Plus Wireless is like a much better trackpad

 

But maybe not much more...

Great wristrest ; Very solidly-built ; Smooth, intuitive roller bar experience

Expensive ; Not enough control for super precise tasks ; Button panel seems cheap

If you're looking for a static mouse device, this is better than a trackpad or a roller ball mouse — but it may not be the right kind of ergonomic for you.
