I was so disapointed with this fax that I will not purchase Brother products again - I dont' understand how a printer can run for years but a fax with minimal workload lasts 1 only 1 year.

worked fine for the 1st year - almost

after the 1st year it does not work at all, took it in to be serviced twice in 2 months and it is still out of commission. I do not use it heavy, 1-2 faxes per day
