I bought this printer a month ago and was very disappointed that the ink system was not separate cartridges. Although I have used it a little can I change for another model [obviously I would have to contribute]

No easy to operate still trying to find out how to switch trays. The back tray is still a mystery. Only installed it yesterday so will have another go.

I bought this on a recommendation. Good product when eventually connected to wireless. Instructions to connect were not very helpful and had to get professional help.

Took a while to set it up as the drivers do not download automatically. The scan software did not install at all as my laptop could not recognise the printer. The print facility worked on wifi (intermittently) and with wifi direct but after a few tries...

Good features for the price, instructions for set up clear, nice quality printing with good speeds. Paper tray is rather flimsy.

Have no regrets after buying this product. Very fast printing and it print 2 sides as well which I always wants.
