I wouldn't have purchased this printer if I wasn't forced to, it was required per a contract. I am using it in a hotel/motel setting. I would not recommend for other small business owners unless you have a dedicated IT team. It's really a hassle to...

Unreliable -- have already had one break, it made a grinding noise that was atrociously loud after less than 6 months of use ; Very costly it requires a toner and drum. The drums are about 150 a piece and that's from online discount retailers! I've had...

Standard paper tray is small compared to the capability of the printer. It is also so quiet that you don't know when it's done with a document from the next room

This is an updated version of the OKI 14ex that we have had for about ten years and is still in use. We haven''t had any problems with it so when I needed a new printer I opted for another OKI. In addition, the oki has a very low consumables cost.

Prints fast and it has a 7000 print capacity.

Great Service

 

I ordered the Oki Data online and it arrived at the store with some damage. I called the customer service and they promptly emailed a return tag and gave me credit. I ordered another and it arrived on schedule and works flawlessly.

Got this printer because it was the same as previous model and thought it would be easy to set up and it was. however this one is much noisier than the previous one, probably should have bought the warranty

The B4600 is a great work-horse Laser printer. We have been using them in our office for several years and they hold up very well over time. It is a quality printer that offers great speed and ease of use.
