Acer H7530D DLP Projector

The Acer H7530D proves that DLP chipsets on £1,000 projectors are now of a decent standard.

Acer H7530D review

Acer's H7530D DLP projector is compact, light and looks like a business projector. Don't let the bland white chassis and built-in speaker fool you, though. It has a Full HD 1080p resolution and plenty of movie-friendly features. It's also one of the...

Acer’s H7530D provides reasonable picture quality at a decent price, but suffered from some motion blur in fast-paced scenes.

Acer H 7530 D

Excellent colours., Sharp, bright HDTV pictures., Small, handy, and portable., Integrated colour management.

Weaknesses in the automatic iris adjustment., Serious DLP colour strobing., Poor BrilliantColor presets., Slight colouration in black images.

The Acer H 7530 offers both superb design and practical features for on-the-go use. What’s more, it provides bright, colourful, and crisp HDTV projections. On the down side, the outdated DLP colour wheel produces some nasty picture errors, which — even...

Acer H7530D Full HD Home theatre projector

Acer have specialised in projectors for years but only ever taken a tentative step into the home theatre side of things. The H7530D targets the entry level full HD market and with surprising results and will definitely give the 'traditional' home...

For a budget Full HD projector it is excellent and though it lacks some of the features that the higher end Epsons have in most cases we find lens shift isn't a deal breaker the price is definitely a major strength with this one. The H7530D is...

Acer H7530D

It's fairly easy to get the projector set up and running but for absolute beginners can be a bit daunting. Very crisp image and is very bright for it's size. Self correcting parallax is very impressive when placing the projector off centre.

The heat from the lamp blows onto the table and is incredibly hot for a small projector. The projector menu system is a bit confusing when you first read the manual, it's not obvious at first that you must have a DVD or Blu ray disc in the player for...

Acer H7530D

Stunning when supplied with 1080P images from blu-ray HDMI source Eco mode has more than sufficient light and quite too.

None really, minor fiddle to fit the ceiling mount had to use my own M3 bolts, but solid as a rock once fitted Some DLP rainbow in black and white (credits/titles etc), but no worries the colour image and detail is superb for domestic kit. Buy one you...
