PVR 1.5, not PVR twin tuners

 

Bought this 18 months ago for my folks, but they never got round to using so i reclaimed it. And the truth emerged ... ... Despite this unit using the same shell as my long serving bauhn (aldi) unit, also of 500gb capacity, indicating it probably came...

It records ie. better than a plain set top box.

Stupid software design. Really.

i can not get it to work , to record or play back

 

instructions are not very clear with this product , I have done as instructions to record and play back but still not working why ? I need help with this product please .I need it to work because i work night shift, no one here can help me set it .

how do i record program and play back to watch?
