Very impressed with the quality of this product.

I am really impressed with this unit. Compared to other units in it's price range the features are good and it is a solid unit. One of the major pluses is the quality of the signal and recordings and the ability to FF 32X. I would have given it 5 stars...

fantastic quality for the price, stable quality unit, many good fast search rewind functions, titled recordings (many cheaper PVRs won't allow titling), Recordable Timeshifting.

Can't play back other recordings when recording, can't timeshift when already recording (but can record if already timeshifted)

I don't recommend this machine at all

I bought this machine for my mum who still wanted a VCR but they are becoming rare! Anyway, this machine firstly was just annoying, if you are taping (for example) a channel 7 show you can then only watch other 7 channels (like 7two), or if you are...

Cheaper then most PVR, one button recrding.

Everything else

Don't waste your money!

Bought this PVR to record shows when we are not home to see them. It probably manages to not record the shows that are programmed more often than it succeeds. It also freezes randomly. We have tried various updates to the software via the toppro...

Freezes. Doesn't record what it is programmed to and randomly records when not set to.

Don't buy!

This PVR is extremely temperamental, it has days where it works well and days where it will not stop playing up. I have upgraded the software with online updates multiple times, but to no avail. The PVR somehow de-tunes itself at least once a week,...

Good Looking, Cheap, Easy to Use

Temperamental, Freezes randomly, Loses Tuning

Playing up TPR2000

I've had this TPR2000 for three months,it was working fine and doing the job I wanted until now. The screen, after watching tv for 15-30min, goes blank no picture, won't turn off, can't change channels. Did an upgrade, and re scan channels, still did...

It was cheap enough, did what I wanted -to watch digital stations.

Can't extend the recording time with selecting from EPG. Can't want another channel when recording a different channel. Can't resume where left off on a recorded program. It goes back to the start.

OK to use as a backup or spare room recxorder

I bought this recorder to use in the spare room, it cost me $136. So far I have had no problems with it, it does everything it is meant to do, I have recorded a few shows and played them back without fault, the unit was easy to set up and the picture...

Low price, on board hard drive, HDMI.

Single tuner, no HDMI cable supplied.

It's a lemon

I bought a Toppro tr2000 from Harvey Norman for $199 and paid an extra $149 for technician to install it. Tech arrived as arranged, and discovered I had been given the wrong remote for this model. I had to return to the store (30km round trip)for a...

A great item for a small price

An amazing piece of equipment, it combines a top set box with a digital video recorder. Has a 320GB hard disc and a USB outlet so you can send your recording to usb as well. Instals in seconds and is so easy to use. Excellent picture quality and all...

Inexpensive, ease of installation and use. one touch recording to hard drive. Has USB outlet much more.
