Ezviz Mini 360 Plus review

A review of the Ezviz Mini 360 Plus, an internet security camera that offers automatic motion tracking with pan and tilt for less than £90.

It isn’t flawless, but for this price the Mini 360 Plus is a very good security camera which records great-quality video. It undercuts all the big names despite offering pan and tilt with motion tracking.

Ezviz Mini 360 Plus review

When standard fixed-angle security cameras don't cover enough ground, pan/tilt models make smart alternatives -- they raise, lower and rotate to capture more of a room.

The $80 Ezviz Mini 360 Plus' two-way audio was particularly clear and you get a lot of features for the price -- 1080p HD live streaming, local and optional cloud storage, IFTTT support and a 340-degree panning angle.

Ezviz doesn't offer a free cloud storage option -- either pay or use a microSD card. Its auto-panning feature doesn't follow motion activity particularly well.

Ezviz needs to improve the Mini 360 Plus' auto-panning feature before I can widely recommend it.

If only this 360 security cam saw more...

Ezviz's $80 Mini 360 Plus gets a few things right, but 360-degree tracking isn't one of em.
