We have two of these in our household, my wife's one has been on her windscreen for 3 years and has never been taken off, always fully charged by the daylight. Don't expect to hold conference calls on it, but if its just short conversations it's great.

had this unit for 4 months and never have had the volume over half way. Its always makes a cracking sound and sometimes the people on tv sound like robots..never experienced this in any of my surround sound systems..junk
