A spec-heavy Android tablet

Lots of processing power ; High-res screen ; Fast charging

Expensive accessories ; Unreliable fingerprint scanner ; Iffy AI features

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro ticks lots of boxes in the specs department with a high-res screen, powerful processor and fast charging speed. However a few unreliable features, and accessories that cost an arm and a leg, might put off some buyers.

With no real weak links and an appealing price, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is almost everything an Android tablet shopper could want. Just be sure to pick up the official keyboard if you want to get any serious work done.

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is excellent bang for the buck, but it has some shortcomings that should be addressed.

Decent battery life ; The perfect balance between screen size and usability ; Customizable Android interface with lots of features ; Quad speakers with decent audio quality

IPS display up front, not OLED ; Not a terribly original design language ; Front-facing camera isn't very capable or feature-rich ; Struggles in gaming ; Slightly buggy interface
