I cannot comment on this because 1 hour after receiving the hoover had to return it to the store as it was faulted

It has a very quite motor, very strong motor and cleans well.

It was rated as best buy on Which? yet it has several significance weaknesses and if we were able we would give it back in a flash and replace it with something else. Disappointed at the weight. For 2 50Plus people it is not easy to use, esp as it does...

Excellent suction and easy to move around. Really easy to empty the dust all nicely contained. The suction is sometimes so strong its difficult to move, just remember that this can be adjusted, before you do your back in.

On my machine the metal hose will sometimes shorten whilst hoovering. Largely due to my vigorous vacuuming and extra strong suction of the device.
