Hose could be slightly longer to reach the top of the stairs

Its really good vacuum...its always is.

I have pets and Henry's suction gets rid of them in one go.

The only thing I find annoying is having to change heads for carpets and hard floors.

Great value for money. Way much better then the expensive dyson.

Long lead always a bonus not having to unplug every minute trying to reach somewhere. Great for getting under furniture or reaching high cobwebs.

It does a great job, good reach piping and cables. This is our 2nd and our original still working fine. We purchased 2nd machine, due to Europe rules changing.

Love all of it.... it's a fantastic hoover!
