Very quiet! The washing is very clean even on a low temperature, fast wash. The drum is a generous size and it is easy to install and then use.

Unable to spin clothes that we have hand washed, despite it having a program that says it will do this. It simply carries on tumbling and does not spin. Compared to our previous Miele that we had for thirty years this machine is disappointing.

Build quality is fantastic, expect 20 years of hard use, why pay 350 for something that will die in 3 years when the initial outlay on Meile quality will save you in the long run

Five year warrant plus extra five years only costing an extra £149.

Program times are very inaccurate; gets stuck @ either 29 or 39 minutes on every cycle I have tried (five in total so far) takes approx 30 minutes to move on - not sure if this is a fault on my machine! No timer, although I did know this when ordering.
