Bad

Mine has died after 6 years. A screw came loose in the back and jammed up the drum!! I would have like to have a few more years service.

Good with clothes, keeping colour / shape

Cant open the door for a whole minute after its started cycle. Writing smudges on face of machine. Its f&*%n heavy

Good

I was told when I was thinking about purchasing a front loader that it is 'so much better on your clothes', and I though, really? I would never have believed it but it's so true! Your clothes come out soft and delicate. It has a AAAA water conservation...

Uses much less water, gentle on clothes, easy to use, start delay function .

Can't open door once cycle has started, cycles are soooooo long (1 hr 15 min even on eco rapid function!)
