I bought this because it was sold by Newegg and it was on sale. I was surprised by it's construction and sound. My last unit was noisy with a high pitched whine.
The unit powers up instantly, is quiet, has a large filter and blows air out the side for maximum dispersion. It is sturdy and attractive
