Dead on Arrival
Plugged in the USB and the fan doesn't spin. Tried on different computers and it doesn't work.

Dead on arrival, the fan doesn't spin when plugged into USB. The USB is receiving power. When I plug a memory stick in the female port on this fan USB, it is working

Didn't last long
I should've kept the original packaging. After two weeks, I thought I wouldn't have to return it. I bought a Zalman processor fan 10 years ago and that still works, but now, I will think twice about buying another fan from them.
Did what it's suppose to, it cooled my laptop which has overheating problems leading to shutdowns
Broke within 2 weeks. The usb was receiving power when I plugged something else on top of the fan's usb plug, but the fan wasn't spinning

Cool fan!
I am very happy with the purchases I have made from New Egg . It's always fast and the item is always what is described at the website. It took only three days to receive the merchandize in a perfect packaging!

Lightweight, durable, easy to use, USB pass-through plug, nice color
Feet fall off after a few days, cheap adhesive used in construction. Easily fixed with hot glue or just left off, does not impede functionality

ZALMAN ZM-NC3
Wasn't a bad deal when I bought this for my 17" laptop. Works like I had hoped, but the USB plug for fan power sticks out quite a bit. Wouldn't recommend plugging another device into that female port for chances of breaking the port.
Keeps everything fairly cooler. Functions well. Not noisey

Its ok, Not Good, Not Bad
Good Build Quality, Solid Construction, Great Design, Not too heavy, Pass through USB cord, Feel good in lap too
Fan speed is quite low. I can blow harder than this large fan. Everything else goes in vain, if it doesn't serve its primary purpose i.e. to cool down the laptop. Not sure if it will be any helpful with such a slow fan speed

Not enough cooling for my Sony
Perhaps it's just my Sony Vaio VPC-F126FM's intake fan location, but this cooler did not decrease the i7 CPU temp (per Core Temp and Real Temp) during idle or heavy usage. The HD temps were unaffected as well. You can feel the fan moving air, though...

Great cooling pad!
I would be willing to buy this product again in a heartbeat and gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gaming cooling pad. Like I said, dont hesitate. You will not regret this purchase.
This fan is absolutely great, first off it is quiet as can be. Like others have posted, sometimes I have to lift my laptop up just to make sure its on. Second, when I do lift up the laptop I realize how much air it is blowing!. This thing blows a ton...
Grasping at straws for cons so ill mention no fan speed control, but honestly it is not needed at all, it blows plenty of air and is silent at all times
