This dual channel 4K dashcam keeps you covered from the front and the rear of your vehicle.
Mounting system enables quick and easy installation ; Simple set of controls ; Great companion app
Dated design ; Additional hardwire kit needed for parking surveillance tools ; Supplied 128GB card is okay
The Rove R2-4K Dual dashcam is a bumper bundle with lots of features. Look out for its 3-inch rear display, 150-degree and 140-degree field of vision from the front and rear cameras respectively, plus all the power expected from Sony Starvis 2 sensor...

The Rove R2-4K is a and affordable, single-channel dash cam with integrated GPS as well as phone connectivity. Captures are good if not the best we've seen.
Small form factor ; Good captures ; Integrated GPS ; Low-priced considering the features
Defaults to 2K rather than 4K ; Using the app requires an account
With integrated GPS, good captures, and phone connectivity, the Rove R2-4K is one of the better bargains in a dash cam that we’ve seen recently.

Integrated GPS and phone connectivity highlight Rove's affordable R2-4K Dual two-channel dash cam. But captures were strictly average.
Removable rear camera ; Good daytime captures from front and rear ; Affordable for two channels with GPS
Video stabilization was less than perfect ; Night time detail drops off
Integrated GPS and phone connectivity highlight Rove’s affordable R2-4K Dual, two-channel dash cam. I also like the rear camera being removable — a rarity. But captures are average at best.

A solid dual-view dash cam let down by weak recording at night
Large field of view ; Inexpensive 4K recording ; Easy to setup and use ; Rear camera can double as an interior camera ; Excellent app
Poor low light recording ; Preview screen can be distracting ; Annoying voice prompts are on by default
An inexpensive dash cam that covers the front and back of your car with solid video quality, and a setup process that takes a minute to solve at most. Unfortunately, the Rove R2-4K Dual is let down by weak low-light video quality that makes it far less...

Stellar recording reliability ; Three-minute clips ; 4K video
License plates hard to read at night ; Difficult to adjust angle ; Large footprint
The Rove R2-4k takes excellent daytime footage with its 150° field of view and 4K resolution. While its interface can be tricky to navigate, it's not a dealbreaker if your priority is quality content. It offers stellar recording reliability because...
