Switching positions for on/off, steaming etc. not well thought out. Off in the middle is very confusing particularly for someone partially sighted. Difficult/rather dangerous cleaning the milk frother. Hard to empty unused water and unwise to keep...

its a good size and makes two small or one big cappucino

the steam outlet gets coated with milk which dries on very quickly and is hard to remove also it is not moveable.

Good expresso and capuccino coffee maker for a modest price.

Narrow filler which sometimes causes water to overflow.
