Overall, I like this coffee maker. I would just be a lot happier if they were designed to operate correctly for at least a year!!

It is easy to use, I like the window that lets you see how much water you put in, the 14 cup capacity keeps me from having to make another pot & the coffee tastes great.

It is cheaply made - just after 7 months of use, the spring that holds the top door up or down broke. Also, after 10 months, the clock started going crazy - it now counts about every 40 seconds as a minute, so the time always ends up ahead of the real...
