You get what you pay for.

Only reason why I got it was because I was looking for a new coffee maker that was programmable and I saw this one was only $10. So glad I payed for a refurbished model not a brand new one.

It was cheap.

It only brews 4 cups at a time, and its a 12 cup maker. I put in 6 cups of water today, and enough coffee grounds for 6 cups, turned it on, and after it was done brewing there were only 4 cups of coffee in the pot. What it does is it stops actually...

not quite referbed!

Cost more to ship return then worthwhile, kept coffee pot with "personallity" til I find another that works as advertised. I do love the style they put into this brewer though, it looks nice.

Has Timer, does eventually make coffee, comes with forever filter and water spray comes down in wide jet to more evenly distribute the hot water on coffee ground for more efficient making

Mine goes into error randomly while brewing sometimes during the first cup, sometime it will make it to the fourth before getting stuck on stupid, have to turn power off and back on serveral times during each brewing cycle to brew one pot. But it will...

Can't beat it with a stick!!

If you buy this refurbished, the manual will be just photo copy sheets, but, be honest, are you really going to read this anyway??? ha!!

This is just a great machine!! I buy coffee in beans only, grind it the night before, and load the coffee maker. This GE coffee maker brews perfectly and in an amazing speed. I really should have bought 2 of then but I did not know how good the machine...

The back light for the controls is a bright blue, so it can be a little annoying in the early hours of the morning, but you sort of get used to it.

GE COFFEE MAKER

The timer is in the correct place.I have had pots with the time designed on the base of the pots-gets wet-fails to work after a bit but this unit has it's control panel on the upper front. This was good engineering.

This coffee maker is a must. It has the 2hours auto shut off, has a wired basket in side the drip container. Easy to clean and set the timer. I really really like this model. I have had top of the line coffee pots but this unit has the best run for...
