Very fast, very quiet, nice keyboard and mouse.

Had trouble setting up my speakers because the jack-plug menu of the computer is very misleading.

Just works, straight out of the box. had it connected to the internet in minutes. Nice fast machine, starts up,ready to go in probs less than 1 minute

Stupid unwanted desktop shortcuts but they are easily deleted!

Nice sleek look, quiet running and quick to load up. Even came with blank discs in a folder to record the backup recovery files to, which was impressive.

Fault on keyboard, but replaced with no hassle. No software programs, apart from Windows 7 which is pre-installed (no disc)

Really easy set up, great value for money.

Easy and fast to set up. Plenty of disc space and fast access unlike my old laptop. Good value with the bundle which included monitor.

Not a bad point but have to get used to a mouse again after years of the finger pad on laptops. Do not know yet how long batteries last in wireless keyboard and mouse.

Could do with an HDMI connection

transfer of info from old computer was a nightmare, some is still missing and we used the easy transfer programme.

Overall speed. It goes like greased lightning. On my old PC, which was 9 years old, you had time to make a cup of tea each time you asked it to do something!
