This pc is ok for the money although I have had to send it back to dell to have the psu looked at as the fan is not working and is going to take 3 weeks

I got this today and first time i turn it on no picture at all so there must be afault with the Graphics Card so i check to see if the Graphics Card Had Power and I find out that its not got CPU liquid cooling as it says
