How do I get custer service???? I have left several messages for both cyberpower and new egg and nobody is answering or emailing me back. I bought this computer and I would like it to run not an over complicated request

Seeing I haven't had it on for more than 2 hours I would say none

Was playing BF3 for about 15 minutes and it just shut off no power at all. Have checked all connections and they seem fine, plugged it into a different outlet still nothing
