only 1, if you pull on the wire, in storing or winding it up, you can pull the voltage selector apart enough to cut power to the computer. So if yours stops charging, check the voltage selector. I give it a wrap of tape to lock it

Outstanding ac/dc adapter, the best replacement I've ever bought and by far the most versitile. With the variable voltage and the different connection ends, you can just about use this for any laptop you own
