Shines screen very difficult to see as reflection is mirror like. Mouse didn't last very long and would have preferred more USB points as have to keep removing the printer cable to plug in camera, iPhone, Tom Tom etc. two are insufficient.

The system was up and running in no time at all without any dramas. I had an issue with some VAIO software but resolved quickly with VAIO support.

None encountered so far. However, to get the best out of the product I very quickly had to move to fibre optic broadband which realistically was going to have to happen anyway.

The sound quality is a major disappointment even for an all-in-one.

Smart looks and very good build quality as you would expect. very fast boot up/ease of use, but best of all the lovely screen
