Great styling and controls ; Adept image sensor ; Sensible price point ; Capable autofocus
Barely different to original model ; Q button poorly placed ; Not weather-sealed
Some people will see this Mark II as a head-scratcher release from Fujifilm, for the simple fact it's almost identical to its predecessor. While that's true, this isn't a camera for upgraders, it's for new buyers - and in that regard its lower price...

However, the X-T30 isn’t a bad camera at all, and therefore neither is the X-T30 II, thanks to the same sensor, the same AF system (albeit with a few tweaks), plus the same fantastic design, handling and build quality. Aside from the awful Q button...

The Fujifilm X-T30 II is a pretty minor update, but it's such a good camera we're just glad it's still going
Classic exposure controls ; Compact size ; Excellent image quality ; Value for money
Q button placement ; No in-body stabilization ; Best with smaller lenses
It’s great to see the Fujifilm X-T30 II continue, even if it is just a tiny refresh. Fujifilm’s pint-sized retro camera doesn’t just look cool but works well too, with old-school shutter speed and aperture dials (many but not all lenses) replacing a...
