Died, No Support

Anybody can let a bad one slip through the cracks. My bad rating is based on the fact that I couldn't get any help, and any attempt to contact the company just resulted in automated canned responses.

Nice size and resolution for the price

Started getting "speckles" after about 2 months. Like Windows desk-top set to 16 color. Looking through menus, there was a support page, and it said the warranty was substantially less than the 1 year listed here. It died completely shortly thereafter,...

Aluratek ADMPF412F 12" 800 x 600 Digital Photo Frame

Loaded some pictures on a USB drive and started the frame. Within 3 or 4 days it started hanging up on a picture. Reboot would work sometimes and not at other times. Then it just stopped booting.

Large Screen Size, Good Picture Quality, 800x600 (4:3 ratio - no pic stretching)

No random feature. Not booting after 1 week of use

Good one for the money, except Remote Control

I ordered this for my grandma for MOTHER's DAY... I've almost decided to return this when I was trying to start the slideshow of pictures with PLAY button in the Remote Control.. It was taking atleast 15-30 seconds to respond to the key press......

Has good quality of pictures, video and audio ; Worth of price

The respone to "PLAY" button in the Remote Control feels like "WHY SHOULD I BUY THIS
