Not come across any bad points as yet

Once up and running its excellent. picture quality is great. The timing is reliable.

Takes a while to work out the settings. Sometimes the touch screen is too sensative and other times takes ages to work.

To be honest I wouldn't say there are any bad points about this product - we bought a second one for ourselves on the basis that we thought is was excellent.

I wanted a frame as a present for 'technophobes' i.e. easy to use and easy also on the eye as the couple for whom it was a present are in their 80's, so bigger screen, good picture and not too many features. It ticked all the boxes and was really good...
