the 1st one I bought was not working so I had to return and buy again... the 2nd happened the same thing... so...

the frame is easy to use but does just require a few tests to work out how to optimise images for it as the instructions there are not helpful.

Remote control has to be aimed precisely at the unit.Start-up sequence could be improved.Shouldn't require to go through setup menu each time.No audio.

Looks good even when switched off - picture quality very good, frame not too big so unobtrusive - all in all a very good buy.
