Really nice picture on the occasions it decided to work.
Both my computers (XP & Vista) struggled to recognize the picture frame so it only actually worked a couple of times. Insructions really hard to follow virtually useless! Hence difficult to use. The really daft bit is that this frame HAS TO CONNECTED...

At this price, good value. Being USB powered means you don't have to have a power adapter to carry around, which also reduces cost. Screen is pretty good.
Lack of documentation making it difficult to work out how to use the menu, make settings, etc.

i know it said a 'desktop frame' on the box - i didnt think anything of it. but it doesnt come with a mains adaptor - only a usb cable. so you can only use it if its plugged into your computer which is daft! i got it for its size a nice small frame...
