Does what it says on the tin, being a non tech person it took a while to find my way round. I linked through a VCR, ( old tapes to get through) However i was told you cant do this? but you can.
Nowt realy except, would have liked the the button icons abit bigger. THE INSTRUCTION BOOK IS BLxxDY AWFULL.

playback of recordings could be more straightforward-involves a 2step process, which is not intutive. would benefit from a button marked 'recordings'. also the button used to delete a programme is not called 'delete'. these are probably minor niggles.

This product is a good idea poorly executed. Having 2 receivers is a good idea. So is HD reception. The menu and remote system are easy to use.
The receivers are poor quality. I have never been able to get good reception on a number of channels including Film4. It is always broken. If I connect up my older Sony recorder I get all the missing channels. Sadly it doesn't have HD or 2...
