No longer the most premium Amazon ereader
Nice page turning options ; Brilliant screen ; Sleek design
Highly expensive ; Interface identical to other models ; Buttons slightly hard to hit
Is it worth the cost? A one off payment is manageable, but it's still a touch too pricey – despite being a brilliant reading experience.

Has Amazon made the best e-reader yet?
Brilliant screen ; Sleek design ; Page turn buttons
Very expensive ; Same old interface ; Buttons can be hard to hit

With tablet devices available in all shapes and prices these days it's amazing that eBook readers are still holding their own. But not only do Amazon's Kindle devices persistently perform well, the company regularly refreshes its range to keep things...
Super light and small to hold, gorgeous screen with crisp and detailed text presentation, adaptive light helps keep words readable in all ambient conditions, very quick to refresh pages and open features
Pricey for an eBook reader, not entirely sure whether the haptic page turning feature is necessary,
That's really what it all boils down to: the price. There is little doubt that the Amazon Kindle Voyage is the best eBook reader on the market, with few if any flaws. We're still not entirely sure the haptic feedback for turning through pages is more...

Amazon's refresh of its Kindle eBook readers this year seems like a massive leap forward for a technology that has surely been hit hard by the rise in

The Voyage is, to use a car analogy, the Bentley of eReaders. It's the luxurious, indulgent gadget for book lovers which delivers premium quality at a price to match. Here's our Kindle Voyage review.

The most high tech black 'n' white gadget around
Beautifully sharp display ; Excellent, auto-adjusting light ; Amazon ebook ecosystem still the best by far ; Brilliant buttons for turning pages
Pricey for an ereader, especially if you want 3G
Not everyone should pay the extra for it, but the Voyage is the best ereader money can buy right now

In general eReaders are quite affordable these days. Amazon's touchscreen Kindle is just £59, and you can get an eReader with a built-in light for this kind of money too.

We review the Amazon Kindle Voyage, the latest Amazon eReader featuring a superbly crisp backlit screen and a new, ultra-thin design. But is it enough...
Slim and light ; Bright, sharp anti-glare screen ; Best eBook selection
No massive evolution ; Okay-ish battery life
If you already own a Kindle Paperwhite, there’s not much reason to upgrade to the Kindle Voyage. You get a slightly sharper screen that now adapts to lighting conditions and Amazon has shaved off a bit of girth and weight, but not enough to change the...

Although it's pricey, the Kindle Voyage's slim design, sharper display and even better lighting make it an attractive high-end e-book reader.
The Kindle Voyage is the summit of Amazon's e-reader line: it's the company's lightest touchscreen model ever, with the best resolution and contrast to date, better built-in lighting, a flush glass front and dedicated page-turn buttons.
It's not a huge upgrade over the Kindle Paperwhite, but it costs considerably more. And you'll pay more still for a case, which isn't included.
The Kindle Voyage is Amazon's best e-reader to date, and probably the best e-reader ever -- but it doesn't come cheap.
